KHATYRKA: Prelude is a narrative third-person shooter that follows the story of Gadzhi, a military defector who must cross the vast and hostile Khatyrka Steppe in escape of his former comrades. Explore the vast, arid steppe on horseback and survive intense combat encounters.

Dynamic Music
One of our early visions regarding the music was to make it dynamic. We want to trigger different intensities of music depending on what state the player or their environment is in, in order to enhance the gameplay experience. FMOD was a great tool for making this happen.
As of this moment, I am setting up different intensities of the Battle Soundtrack through loops in FMOD and I am using different parameters to trigger them depending on what state the battle is in. In the video below you can see how I set this up and how the transitions are triggered.
